Venture Architect

Do you want to learn first hand about what it means to go from zero to one? Venture architects support the development and scale-up of a start-up from inception to exit. They have strong backgrounds in commercial or product roles, and willingness to roll up the sleeves to produce deliverables for each phase both from a strategic level as well as on the ground.

What do we look for:

Curiosity for building ventures or startups in general, strong problem solving and smart working mentality as well as problem solving are what will make you successful at Wright Partners.

Venture Partner

Are you an entrepreneur who wants to help others build ventures? Do you have specific venture ideas you want to work on? Do you have specific corporates you want to work with? Venture Partners are the most senior commercial, product and content experts. They do everything to help achieve initial product-market fit and secure funding. They are involved in the process from the beginning finding the right business model, creating the right product and building a scalable venture with the teams.

What do we look for:

As a venture lead above, plus a strong ability to manage stakeholders, from the team, to the corporate partners to VCs. A good understanding and the ability to manage risk as well as superior problem solving and venture building experience. We look for content venture partners, commercial venture partners as well as product venture partners.
