Wright Partners are growing! We are currently looking to add to our teams across multiple
SEA locations by hiring Senior Venture Architects to play a hands-on
role in building the companies of tomorrow.
As a Senior Venture Architect, you will get exposure to managing a team on building
end-to-end venture creation and contribute significantly to the success of the venture you
work on within a team of specialists. Individuals who tend to succeed in this role are curious
by nature, like to take ownership, and have the drive to make a significant impact through
their actions.

Roles & Responsibility
Role and Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end entire streams of Venture design
● Ensure quality of work of Venture Architect on activities related to Sr. Venture
Architect streams.
● Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
● Analyse the value chain, cost structure, and profit pools of the market.
● Develop a business model that delivers outsized value to the customers
● Develop prototypes and work through agile product iterations.
● Create and have a go-to-market plan
● Establish trust-based relationships with business partners to better serve the venture.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred
● Min. 4 years of work experience as a Strategy Analyst or Senior Consultant
● Prior experience in a management/graduate trainee program is a plus, showcasing your
ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and deliver in dynamic environments.
● Experience doing commercial strategy, market sizing, GTM, and monetisation.
● Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
● Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
● Based in Jabodetabek
