Through these service Labamu uplifts participation in financial services for businesses of all sizes and levels the playing field of finance and commerce providing opportunities for more people and communities to participate, grow and to contribute economic prosperity. Labamu focuses on (a) businesses that support sustainable supply chains, and (b) empowering female business owners.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing, Branding and Customer Acquisition who’ll help establish “Labamu” brand in the Indonesian region and lead all our marketing activities for customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

As Head of Marketing

  •  Craft strategies for a marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.

  •  Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.

  •  Lead the team to design the frontline scorecard and incentive scheme to drive the desired behaviour and outcome with relevant measurement and within budget.

  •  Lead the team to implement and evaluate of sales campaigns including broadcast, tracking and organising on site events.

  •  Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

  •  Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).

As Head of Branding

  • Developing plans to help establish and grow our brand both for short-term and long-term goals.

  •  Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

  •  Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

  •  Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

  •  Analyse consumer behavior and determine customer personas.

As Head of Customer Acquisition

  • Provide strategic insights as a member of our leadership team, and be involved in charting the company’s growth as we expand the range of our products and scale the business.

  • Own growth targets and acquisition channel mix, developing, driving and implementing an outstanding B2B marketing strategy.

  • Manage and nurturing the acquisition team to its full potential, driving initiatives and mentoring the growth of each department.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams (brand & campaign marketing, channel partnerships, activation and engagement, and operation teams) to run campaigns that scale the business.

  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Strong sales and/or marketing experience in eCommerce and/or Fintech with minimum of 8-10 years of experience.

  • Understanding of the Indonesian market dynamics.

  • Well-versed with various martech and CRM tools and technologies (netcore, AppsFlyer etc.)

  • Solid experience of at least 5 years in managing scorecards and incentive schemes.

  • Strong technical skills and interest in financial modeling and scenario analysis.

  • Strong leadership, ownership and excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Details oriented, be able to perform as “checkers” of data reports.

  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and under pressure.

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills in driving insights from numbers.
